A hidden gem in Rotorua

Staying at the Studio with the Spa Pool was a treat! The comfy bed ensured restful nights while the jets of the spa melted our stress away. Perfectly located, it offered quietude just minutes from the city.

The comfy Family Suite was great, but the check-in process was frustratingly slow.

The room was well-furnished and offered a clean, comfortable atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable.

We encountered several issues with the internet connectivity which made streaming difficult during our stay.

The lock on the sliding door seemed to have a vendetta against me. Plus, a shelf in the shower would’ve been just divine!

We had a fantastic stay in the Standard Family Room! The beds were massive and incredibly comfortable, perfect for our family. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless, and we appreciated the good supply of everything we needed. Plus, the parking was a breeze with plenty of space for our vehicle.

The only downside was the noise from the road.
